The amount paid through the First Finance cannot be refunded except in the following circumstances:
Due to technical error, a customer's card/bank account is debited multiple times or an excess amount is debited in a single transaction. A refund will be given to the customer for excess amounts excluding First Finance charges.
A technical error has resulted in the Customer's Card/Bank Account being charged, but the transaction cannot be completed.
